Sicily Yacht Charter

Sicily Yacht Charter, it’s very name congers up images of the Mediterranean and the many stories of the history of the Greeks and Romans. 475 miles in length and 60 miles wide, Sicily and its major town, Palermo is a great location to start our charter.

What to Expect from a Sicily Bareboat Charter

We charter in Sicily from Palermo. It is a short sail west to Egadi Islands – Favignana, Marettimo, and Levanzo. The beautiful Pantelleria Island lie to the south and due north of our base is the lovely island of Ustica. In Sicily the sailing trip usually focuses on the Egadi Islands, Ustica, and harbors in the vicinity of Palermo, and we will also visit the Aeolian Islands to the east. A great combination of sailing, snorkeling, fabulous food and charming towns with roots dating back to ancient Greece and Rome… this will be a wonderful sailing trip.

Explore of the Island of Sicily Extensively

The passages between the Sicilian islands and harbors are mostly short, leaving plenty of time to plan trips ashore to explore, experience the great cuisine, and to sit idly with a cocktail at a water side restaurant, soaking in the wonders of Italy’s southwestern coast. Swimming and snorkeling is a must do along the beautiful beaches and shoreline of the rocky islands. The scenic bays are filled with local fishing craft and quiet waterfront towns. You will bask in the warm sunshine and waters of one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. Visiting Sicily by boat is a not to be missed sailing adventure!
